The result was a disaster of major proportions. I lost muscle and gained 4kg of "something", according to my doctor, water. A total of 2.5 pounds lost. My upper limb muscle volume decreased markedly. It is even a little uncomfortable listening to all the friends that I wither and I am dejected.
